The heavy duty rated Aluminium Vertical Carriage loft ladder (VCL) is ideal for access through a vertical door, upward opening ceiling hatch or onto a platform / mezzanine floor. Note: The VCL loft ladder does not come supplied with a trapdoor / hatch.
  • High strength extruded aluminium construction.
  • Specially designed carriage board (MDF) mounted on nylon rollers enables unit to roll quietly clear of floor’s edge.
  • Suits floor to floor heights up to 3.21m.
  • Suits existing vertical loft hatch openings from 900mm (H) x 600mm (W).
  • Can also be used for access to a mezzanine floor application.
  • Suitable for domestic, commercial or industrial use.
  • Uses a spring counterbalanced system allowing for a smooth and safe deployment of the ladder.
  • Opening in the wall can be closed by a door (supplied by others) with a maximum thickness of 25mm.
  • Supplied with two metal handrails as standard.
  • Complete with operating pole and fittings.
