Our last dispatch day for pre-Christmas delivery will be 20/12/2021. Orders must be placed by 1:00pm.

You can place your order on line and pay for it by Credit / Debit card. Alternatively, you may place your order by telephone, fax, e-mail or letter paying by Credit / Debit card, or cheque (Cheques payable to Abbey Access Ltd).
Please feel free to telephone us before placing an order to discuss your requirements, ask any questions you may have about the products and give us any special delivery instructions.
For next day delivery (Extra charge will apply, next day delivery is also only available on telephone orders) of stocked items, we need to have your order by noon to allow us time to process your order and get it ready for despatch. Please note, carriers normally only deliver Monday to Friday, so an order placed on Friday for next day delivery will not be delivered until the following Monday. It is not possible to arrange for goods to be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
Please note we only deliver to UK addresses. Most of our products will be delivered free of charge for England and Wales (exceptions include items over 6 meters closed or Mobile Steel Steps For Scotland) however the following charges will apply to other areas.
- England – Free.
- Wales – Free.
- Scotland – Free except for highlands and Islands.
- Off Shore – POA.
- Northern Ireland- Not available.
- Southern Ireland – Not available.
Saturday Deliveries – Discontinued
When you take delivery of goods from a carrier they will ask you to sign that you have received the goods in good condition. Ladders4Sale therefore advise that you check the goods thoroughly before signing if you notice that the goods are damaged please reject the delivery and contact us asap so that we can organise a replacement without delay. This doesnt affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
We accept all major payment cards securely online taken by SecureTrading, a leader in secure online payments. SecureTrading will deduct the amount immediately from your card and notify Ladders4Sale of the purchase. You can also pay by Debit or Credit card over the telephone. Please note we do not hold any customer financial information.

What are your delivery charges?
Most products are delivered free of charge to UK Mainland, although some remote areas may have an additional charge for example Northern Scotland, Ireland and Islands. Please check with us first. Items over 6 metres in closed length or Mobile Steel Steps to Scotland will incur a separate carriage charge if you require large items please check with us first the exact price at [email protected] VAT at 20% is also included in the price.
How do I select a delivery day?
It is not possible to guarantee a specific delivery date, however you can specify a preferred date in the additional comments part of the checkout form. We will aim to meet this however it cannot be guaranteed.
When will I receive my Order?
Delivery will be 2 – 5 working days unless a product is out of stock. We only deliver during the week and not on weekends. Most of our items are dispatched within 24 hours if in stock however please allow up to 14 days for out of stock items. A member of staff will advise you if we do not expect to meet the delivery date specified on our website.
What happens if I am not home when the goods are delivered?
If you are not home when your goods are delivered, the courier will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or they will return the following day to attempt delivery again Although please ensure a valid contact number is provided during the checkout process which could help during the delivery process.
What happens if an item that I order is unavailable?
Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly and direct from the manufacturer. Occasionally we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately.
If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, have products sent as soon as they become available, or cancel the order.
What happens if the goods are damaged or faulty upon delivery?
If received goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund provided this is reported within 7 working days from delivery date.
