4. Why do we ask for this information?

When you shop with us or at our trade counter, we may request your contact information and your payment information.

When you place an order through our contact centre or our Digital Services, we will need your contact and payment information to enable us to take payment and fulfil your order. When you want to place an order via our Digital Services, we ask you to login or register so you can open a customer profile, save your browsing information and your preferences, and retrieve them from any of your devices. You can browse our website without providing us with any of this information.

To ensure that your payment details are not being used without your consent, we will validate the name, address and any other personal information supplied by you (which may include further personal information being requested, such as your date of birth, driving licence number or passport number) and also 3D-S payment matching during the order process.
