ORDERING
You can place your order on line and pay for it by credit/debit card. Alternatively, you may place your order by telephone, fax, E-Mail or letter paying by credit/debit card, or cheque ( Cheques Payable to Abbey Access Ltd ).
Please feel free to telephone us before placing an order to discuss your requirements, ask any questions you may have about the products, and give us any special delivery instructions.
For next day delivery (On Telephone orders only a surcharge will apply) of stocked items, we need to have your order by noon to allow us time to process your order and get it ready for despatch. Please note, carriers normally only deliver Monday to Friday, so an order placed on Friday for next day delivery will not be delivered until the following Monday. It is possible to arrange for goods to be delivered on a Saturday at extra cost.
Please note we only deliver to U.K addresses. Most of our products will be delivered free of charge for England and Wales (exceptions include items over 6 meters), however the following charges will apply to other areas,

Important
When you take delivery of goods from a carrier they will ask you to sign that you have received the goods in good condition. It is important, therefore, that you check the goods thoroughly before signing as once you do so neither the carrier or ourselves can accept responsibility for any damage subsequently found. Please note it is not acceptable to sign for the goods as ‘unchecked’, as it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are undamaged before signing for them.
PAYMENT
All Credit/ Debit card transactions online are taken by Paypal a leader in secure online payments (You do not need a Paypal account to order). If you don’t have a paypal account during the checkout process you will be asked to input your address etc. If you have a Paypal account, you won’t be asked to input your address, as paypal will already have it. Please ensure if you have recently moved home that Paypal have your new address.
Paypal will deduct the amount immediately from your card and notify ladders4sale of the sale.
You can also pay by Debit or Credit card over the Telephone.

What are your delivery charges?
Most products are delivered free of charge to UK Mainland, although some remote areas may have an additional charge for example Northern Scotland, Ireland and Islands. Please check with us first.. Items over 6 meters in length will incur a separate carriage charge if you require large items please check with us first the exact price at info@ladders4sale.co.uk Vat is also included in the price.
How do I select a delivery day?
It is not possible to guarantee a specific delivery date, however you can specify a preferred date in the additional comments part of the checkout form. We will aim to meet this however it cannot be guaranteed.
When will I receive my Order?
Delivery will be 2 – 5 working days unless a product is out of stock. We only deliver during the week and not on weekends.
Most of our items are dispatched within 24 hours if in stock however please allow up to 14 days for out of stock items.
A member of staff will advise you if we do not expect to meet the delivery date specified on our website.
What happens if I'm not home when the goods are delivered?
If you are not home when your goods are delivered, the courier will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or they will return the following day to attempt delivery again Although please ensure a valid contact number is provided during the checkout process which could help during the delivery process.
What happens if an item that I order is unavailable?
Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly and direct from the manufacturer. Occasionally we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately.
If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, to have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order.
What happens if the goods are damaged or faulty upon delivery?
If when you receive your goods they are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.

Returns Policy?
1. To ensure we deal with your returns quickly and efficiently please ensure you contact us within 2 days of receipt of goods in writing preferably email or fax.
2. Non-faulty goods may be returned and refunded or exchanged for other goods or products within 14 days of receipt.
3. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and condition.
4. The above is in addition to UK Selling Regulations 2000 under which you have the right to a refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. You are responsible for the return carriage charge of non-faulty items. Usually 25% of the products original cost.
